1. How do I get started?

Ans: Simply add what you like into the cart and follow through the checkout process! There is no
need to register an account with us to shop! However, we encourage you to as you can save
time for re-entering your details when you shop again with us!

2. Do I have to register before I can shop?

Ans: There is no minimum order value.

2. Is there a delivery charge?

Ans: For orders of $50 and above, delivery is free. If your order is below $50, we will impose a small
flat delivery fee of $3.50.

4. I have a voucher/coupon code. How do I use it?

Ans: You can enter the coupon code either at the “View Cart” page or the “Check Out” page. Please
enter the code before making payment.

5. My payment is not successful. What should I do?

Ans: Firstly, please check that you have entered all your card information correctly. If the information
is correct and the transaction is still unsuccessful, please contact your bank to ensure that there

6. How do I place orders?

Ans: Please place orders on our e-store only. We do not take orders through the phone.

7. How do I know if I have placed my order correctly?

Ans: When you have successfully completed an order, a confirmation email containing your order
details will be sent to you email. If you did not receive the confirmation email, please check your
junk mail as it could have been marked as spam by some email clients.

8. What happens if I miss a delivery?

Ans: If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our driver will try to reach you by phone and
SMS. If they are unable to reach you, a re-delivery will be scheduled. There will be a re-delivery
charge of $3.50
